they are talking about it on CNN, so i got to hear the narration, or at least some of it. Dude sounds british and he is either off his meds or is some sadist, either way he sure is enjoying it. Apparently it was taken 2 years ago. It also said the voice was another bristish soldier, so i dont think it was dubbed in. Tony Blair seems quite upset, so says CNN, calling him "visibly shaken". I imagine this will be the brits abu graihb (sp)?
