PB Blaster a few days before and a quick spray each day up until you start. Also if you have a torch handy lots of heat helps.


If the bolts are really rusted, head to Home Depot or Lowes and get some new ones. The bolts/studs/nuts connecting the y-pipe to the header manifolds are m10x1.5.

If the bolts aren't to rusted, you might want to have a die/tap handy to once over them before reusing.
