Just took mine off , used 1/8 " bit worked great . There is a nice spot in my bumper WOW haven't seen that before . I guess I need to save up for a great paint job . Does anyone recomend any one local ( I'm very anal ) MD VA WVA PA . And its black , might go Charcoal ??

Dang, just threw mine away.
It was three pop plastic rivet things. Used a screwdriver to sorta pop them out, pulled the holder off, then used the screwdriver to push the remaining parts of the rivets outta the bumper.

just pry the plastic rivets out. dont take a drill to it and screw up and hit the bumper
