You might remember my thread from a few months back, where I asked about the STi tires. Well, I just picked them up tonight! $100.00 for 4 tires with ~1000 miles on them! They're Bridgestone Potenza RE070, in 225/45/17. They look pretty badass, and almost can't wait to burn off the Dunlop Super Sport Race tires to try these out!  Just thought I'd let you guys know what kind of a deal I got!  Mark

Thanks Luke! The Dunlop Super Sport Race tires I have now, are what you recommended to me on the phone, about a year and a half ago. They're insane with the 60 treadware!

They see their regular abuse, everyday the car is out of the garage. I'll try and get a video of a burnout, but these things absolutely HOOK! Not many people are familiar with these tires. They aren't your everyday run of the mill all-season.

I really haven't heard many things about Dunlops, just that they make some decent tires and some decent affordable ones. Will have to take Dunlop into consideration seeing as I need 2 new 17" tires when the wheels go back on in the spring.

Dunlop has a few good tires, such as the fm901s.
I don't think the tires y2ksvt has are made anymore. Seen a car run with them at autox and they are pretty good.
