The only bolted in fuse is the main mega fuse. Everything else are relays. I talked to him some more, and he said it was an intermittant problem before (turning controls on and off a few times to get it to work), but that would indicate a switch. No it isn't even getting power. I'm totally dumbfounded (it's not the first time). Thanks for the tip, any more would be appreciated!
