That definitely has to be one of the oddest emails I've ever seen, and don't even know if I'd call it spam. Maybe it's code? lol. i get something like that at the end of almost every spam i get.
it think it is a way for them to get around spam filters.

Ding! Especially for Bayesian filters, which uses statistical analysis to try and label spam. The randomness of the phrases inserted into the email reduce the probability that the email will be flagged based on the "bad" keywords and phrases. It also amuses me how many different spellings of erectile dysfunction drugs and the male anatomy these people can come up with.

That could actually be a good ad campaign if written properly... "Yo, if you want to get as much booty as Clinton did, use our pills."
I also like how Viagra would be used in order to avoid "shaming yourself."
