Ding! Especially for Bayesian filters, which uses statistical analysis to try and label spam. The randomness of the phrases inserted into the email reduce the probability that the email will be flagged based on the "bad" keywords and phrases. It also amuses me how many different spellings of erectile dysfunction drugs and the male anatomy these people can come up with.
