LOL!!! Sounds as if the Zimbabwian opened up an English dictionary and just started throwing random words into a sentence. That definitely has to be one of the oddest emails I've ever seen, and don't even know if I'd call it spam.
Maybe it's code? lol. Reply to him with the most F'd up sentences you can imagine, or better yet, let me write one up.
