The one at SEMA was not the SRT-4. It was a rally prototype. Carbon fiber (hood) is not my thing.
It's actually 3" taller than the current PT Cruiser, but overall very simialr specs is a less feminine style. The next gen PT will be based on the Caliber platform.
I'd rather have a Magnum RT, but 8mpg less overall and $10k more. Well, I've seen discounted Magnum RT's for $24k, so I'll have to consider it too.

A pontiac vibe with power. They would have been better off just updating the neons.

But, the Neon was too small inside and those darn power front/crank rear windows. All or nothing, please!
Todd, I had a Charger SXT a couple weekends ago and thought it was pretty nice. Also had a Magnum RT for a weekend last year which was much more my performance style. With one kid already and one or two more planned, Magnum has lots more room for kid gear for the same price. Currently I've got 2 leases <1yr old we are using for cummuting and a 3yr old truck. No new vehicle for me until leases are gone and truck is paid for. 2 more years
Edit: I was wrong about the hight. PT is 5" taller.

I have a lot easier time respecting ugly and fast than I do pretty and slow (note: this applies to cars only )

Looks interesting. Any idea what the pricing is going to be for the SRT upgrade?
