Problem solved I believe. The crank sensor looks to have been replaced and had a wire connector(s) that the wires were loose in. After pushing the wires into the connector my car statred this cold morning. I'll be making the connection more permanet tonight. Thanks for yall's help.
I was getting ribbed at work for the water solution thing.
Water must have got into the connector making a better electrical circuit.
