So after 5 days at the dealership and close to $1000 in repairs I was able to get my drive clean completed and get my plate sticker. Turned out I had several vacuum leaks, from the brake booster pipe to the pcv pipe and numerious others. I had all new rubber put on by the dealership then we found the mother leaks. I needed a new LIM gasket and pretty much every gasket above that, including the brass rings in the UIM. I must say at this point that Al at Fraser Ford was awesome. He was very patient with me, allowing me to be in the garage and go over every repair before it was done and explaning the reason for each. I'm glad he was the tech working on the car, he was there when they first started selling the 'tours and knows quite a bit about them. Anyway, just thought i'd let people know that this tech at Fraser Ford in Oshawa was top notch and would reccomend him to anyone in the area. And I thought this car drove well before this stuff was fixed! Long live the 'tour!

inside the tiny plastic o-rings that go into the UIM. The brake booster hose and the other hose (cant think of the name right now) plug into them...just beside the TB.

I see now, he is refering to the vacuum line connections on top of the UIM beside the TB. I didn't realize they had brass rings.
