You don't need to resurface the flywheel if you aren't replacing the clutch, do you?! Last May I replaced the clutch and flywheel with spec stage 2 and fidanza. I am gonna put those back on with my 3L...should it be resurfaced?!

While you have the front subframe off and are changing the clutch... are you going to leave the stock differential in place?

Well, you are gambling with having a lot of clutch chatter if the surface isn't smooth and level. I've replaced them without surfacing on flywheels that looked okay and they've chattered. I've replaced disks on surfaces that weren't smooth and though not perfect they didn't chatter.
Generally, I'd say the odds are against you in that regard and you are more likely to have clutch chatter.

As much labor as there is to get back into the clutch, I would not take a chance and not surface the flywheel when doing the clutch on our cars.
