Ummm...no.
E85 is cleaner but does not convert to CO2 and water. Hydrogen does that.
Plus E85 is 85% ethanol and 15% gasoline, so you still get some of the normal pollutants.
Uh you're wrong Kyle - Hydrogen powered vehicles only produce water (neglecting trace C from burned oil). Alcohol WILL produce H20 and CO2 byproducts. Time to go back to Chem 101.
Methanol burns in air forming carbon dioxide and water:
