will it work? yes, technically. but just barely. strip everything and i mean everything that you do not need and set everything else besides the basic os to not start at boot. i have a 700mhz pIII laptop on which i run xp pro with sp2 and all of my crap and it runs just fine because i have it set up just right. if i can get word from office 2k to run on a 100mhz pI with 4MB of ram (if you want proof then stop by) then you can get xp to run on your dinosaur.
