If everyone picked functionality over any other vehicle trait, there wouldn't be a turbo kit out for these cars. Some prefer aesthetics, some like performance, some are suspension nuts. You're bashing the guy like he just installed a 4' erector set on his trunk lid. It appears he has a lot more invested into his car than some of the people in this thread, so maybe give him a break? I think they look good, and the car is HOT!

I like it  A guy (DaveV6) on www.fordmondeo.org put the 4300 HID kit into his mk1 Mondy, and took some before after pics. The light output on the 4300k kit was MUCH better than the standard bulbs. Or so it looked from the pics?

  heres better day time pics.... my new Sony Digicam... its a 7.2 megapixel Cybershot... btw, these HID's light up the road VERY good. plus my Hella Fog's light up as good too.... tell me what you think... thanks, Robert

I think your car looks great (would you buy a jack insert already!). HIDs are cool regardless, well, I guess as long as they are 8000K or less. Anything about is just plain silly. And your car is a bit more for show anyway, and the 8000K kits definitely say "check me out!" I think it fits the car.

Night time pics.... outside the car from over the roof (just HID's on)  from inside drivers seat (only HID's)  from the front of the dash (only HID's)  from the front of the dash (HID's and Hella's)  from over the car (HID's and Hella's)  see..... they arent too bad lol... the light up the road VERY well and they dont blind you either. I am VERY satisfied with this Kit. And yes, my car is a show car... i could care less about the MTX or speed... and kingpin, yea ima get the sideskirt jack cover one of these days lo. well enjoy thanks, Robert
