It seems by the tone that things are getting sensitive, so I'll wait till I get home tonight to get that weight rating of 3700+ and you can argue about that with them.

You can look at all the publications you want. According to Mazda (and the US Federal Gov't BTW) the MS6 Sport weighs precisely 3589.1 lbs. The GT (moonroof equipped) weighs an extra 72 lbs -- nowhere near "close to 3800lbs".

Oh, and for the record, the fastest published time for the MazdaSpeed6 is a 13.8. It was pulled by a Canadian publication, in the winter. Coupled with some of the early tests done by some US publications, It was one of the first clues that the car's performance suffered greatly in any sort of heat, even before the car hit our shores for sale.

I wish Mazda had installed some 4.30 gears into the MS6

Actually, one of the last minute (like, almost literally) changes was changing the gears from 3.350 to 3.941. The rest of the world was going to get the 3.9 gears while North America got 3.350 ones. The President of Mazda USA changed it at the last minute to the higher-performing gears at the sacrifice of ~2mpg. 4.3 gears wouldn't be a stretch and mileage would still remain very acceptable.
