Mine are boxed as well.

I personally don't think you need to go as far as having traction bars in your applictaion w/ nitrous. You're not (shouldn't) going to spray in 1st gear for the simple fact that if the car bogs, BOOM!

Your launches can't be that hard or your going to snap axles unless you dish out the $1500+ for the stage 5 axles & hubs. For that money I would have looked into a real stiff spring/strut combo in the rear to keep weight transfer down on take off where your traction problems really exist.

But if you also like the twisties I can see these as being a plus having. Good luck w/ them.

Weight transfer is not an issue, suspension is stiff in the rear.
Even without nitrous I cannot give it gas at the track till I have a really good roll or I get wheel hop so bad I have to let off. Everything is new on my suspension and all lined up, I was getting very discouraged at the track cuz I couldn't put in any runs that were worth while due to the horrible out of the hole hop, I have gone overboard on a few things but the traction bars seem to be making the most difference so far. I am pretty sure it is ready for the track in spring, just need a new helmet "DOT" is not track approved any more.

Is this w/ the bars on or before?

What all do you have done to the rear suspension? I'm curious.
