It got inspected yesterday, nothing major wrong with it, just a few updates that we'll need to make(three-prong outlets, etc.). Todd, didn't expect to see you show up here! Thanks for the compliments! Now we just wait for the Radon report to come back, and then it looks like we're moving! The little jut above the door way is what looks like an added sitting area. Our appraisal was spot on then the market jumped and a few similar houses in our neighborhood sold for 50K more than ours not to mention our lot has more land.
