It's ~1400 ft/sq interior, 3br, 1 bath. Livingroom, office, 1st floor br will be turned into a "game room" of sorts.
Parking for 4 cars on a concrete slab driveway, but, we'll be building a garage over time. It'll be a working garage, for certain. We need a place to stash the 'Stang(s... eventually).
The lot is decent, around 4k ft/sq. Enough room for fun, but not huge, and we're bordered by town land above us. We're up on a hill, overlooking the lake.
And, it's in Wakefield. Easy access to 93, 95, 129.
There WILL be a party, oh yes... there will be a party.
We close 3/31, and everything looks to go smoothly so far.
No other pics yet, just another angle of the exterior. The owner is still there, she's moving back to Ireland next month. She's been there for 40 years!
The fence is plastic, the arch may or may not stay, but, the trellis work around the front door might have to go. It's just obtrusive.
