Gotta Shop around, I go to Steve at Tousely ford. He gives disocunt after discount. Last time I ordered from him I got All new suspension endlinks, and two rear sway bar bushings. Retail it would have been $130 for everything I ordered, he sold it to me for $74. Then like $6 to ship it all. Needless to say I will be contacting him when I order my clutch parts.

i changed my valve cover took me about 10 minutes to take the valve cover off and 20 minutes to take the rubber spacers off and put new ones ins.... and to put the cover back on right... next time it will only take me 10 to 15 minutes.... also my temp gauge now does not rise as high as it used to which is strange lol

A word of caution on replacing cover for this project. I thought the gasket went on the head but it goes on the cover so its best to have some grease or gasket glue to hold it in place while you fit it back on. BTW I got mine at O'Reillys for $19. That included the ten O rings for the little "top hat shaped" inserts that the bolts go through.
