The brake shudder most certainly is a rotor problem. The original pads didn't give good rotor like, so it is likely that you need new rotors and pads. If in doubt, remove the rotors to find the minimun thickness spec printed on it near the hub and have them measured, but very likey you do need new ones.
Some suspension noise going over speend bumps is perfectly normal. Do inspect the suspension, but don't freak out feeling that now you have springs failing again.
