some notes for you

don't eat at least 3 hours before bedtime
elevate your head when you sleep
try to sleep only on your back (this part sucks for me)
don't overeat at anytime
spicy foods don't affect me much, but avoid them
beer is NASTY bad for you (at least light beers annihilate me)
get some nexium - i had prevacid and had to use tums, etc to help battle the burn...
good luck, this crap used to keep me up at night - now nexium helps amazingly...
