Like Steeda, I was active duty, and stationed IN WASHINGTON DC, at the time. I held classified orders, and worked under an active top-secret (FYEO) clearance. I couldn't say I lived there.. I had to say I lived elsewhere!! I couldn't even write that I worked there.
There was no missle. There was most definitely a plane.. I most definitely lost three friends, and one relative in that crash. I, also, most definitely saw it in person. Going by what was "reportedly" going on/happening in that video is simply not intelligent. Taking "some" person's information as fact, or even as "possible" simply because you saw it in a video (when the opposite information is readily apparent and witnessed by so many uninvolved American citizens) is assanine.
