At this point, I would remove the instrument cluster panel lens and cover assembly and reinstall the panel. Then turn ignition to on and then to start. Make a note of what lights come on and what come off (at each position) and try and map the position to the shop manual and maybe some other SVT owners can post pictures of their instrument panel cluster with the idiot lights on for you to compare.
