I suggest getting it scanned right away to get the codes. If it is just missing the bulb assemblies, then you should be able to pick up some from Ford. In addition, are you getting a "5 beep pause 5 beep" sound when the car is running. If you are, then the airbag diagnostic module has determined a problem with the airbag. Could be something as simple as the bulb being burned out.

Edit. Check Power Distribution Box next to battery to see if any fuses are missing (especially Fuse 11 KAM for the PCM).
That's what is weird. I pulled the bulb for the airbag (which is acually a clear LED) and I did not get any beep from the module at all. I would think it should do that.
Also, I did check all the bulbs. The first two pictures I posted is with all bulbs removed and a light behind the cluster. Thanks for the information, though.
