Yes.
If you increase the pressure yet the hole size doesn't change then you will also increase oil volume up to a point.

The old V8 guys used to push out the pin that held in the spring on the pressure bypass, then slip in washers behind the spring to increase the pressure by a controlled amount.
You can probably do similar here, but the preferred method would be the higher volume pump.
