Well the Mazda pump for VVT would HAVE to have a higher volume output just to lubricate the same components and the VVT on top of it at the same time. Logically speaking.
I don't know what the pressure of the unit is, but you can drop the pressure to that of your stock noble unit by changing out the springs if you think the pressure is going to be too high. A higher volume pump would probably be rated at the same pressure or similar.
