I set the new seals in a little pool of motor oil and slip them on when the old ones are removed. The new seals will make them a little harder to pop in but they will be tight. As for the leaky one, I haven't found anything on locating which one. You can't fire them out of the engine unless there is some kind of test jig for them at Ford. Unless you can remove the LIM, bolt the injector assembly up to it and pressurize the system? That's my best guess. Then look for the one that piddles.
You can remove the the UIM & electrical connector at the coil,crank the engine and watch the injectors spray
