Stock 0-60 times should be at 7.7 seconds as recorded by Car and Driver. Although, trusting a G-tech isnt always accurate.

You may want to try cleaning the intake manifolds from all the carbon build up. That should free up a few hp. Never heard of a RAM intake...hopefully its not one of intakes on ebay. I would just go with a tried and proven K&N RU-3530 and maf adapter. It wouldnt hurt to optimize the stock throttle body or just buy the svt intake manifolds and throttle body and optimize that. A tune will most definetely help. Tires make a world of a difference too.
