I figured its time to start planning a meeting spot & cruise down to Spring Zing '06 for the EGL Locals.

Yea its right off M-14 and its easy to get back onto the freeway with a group...

timewise maybe 10am or 11am? 10 seems like a more optimal time in the morning.

If it helps any, I'm sure Jim and myself won't be meeting at the hotel until ~6:00 like last year. This gives enough time for some of the long distance drivers to make it in, so we can hand out all of the t-shirts, lanyards/nametags, meal tickets, etc. out to those that show up on Thursday. Depending on how many people are showing up in Fort Wayne early, I might take a 1/2 day to meet up early.

I'd like to get there early so I can get the road grime cleaned off and allow for a little extra fudge time incase any unforseen problems happen with anyone's car during the trip out.

Good idea guys, if I decide to go I might set up a Ohio convoy and meet somewhere, chances are if I can find a few guys to room with I'll go.

So we get there around 4-5 pm...start drinking @ 5:01pm

Compuware is prob the most ideal spot. IMHO
