Are you okay with that? The fact that the windows themselves change sizes when you switch monitors would bother me. I'd always keep a 15" at 1024x768, 17" at 1280x1024, and 19" at 1600x1200 to avoid that issue.
Currently rocking my sister's 15" temporarily while my other 17" remains broken, as said in earlier post. Black portion is my TV tuner.

It depends on the native resolution of the LCD. Some 19" flat panels have a resolution of 1280x1024, and some are 1600x1200. Same thing with other sizes LCDs as well; all depends on the model.

True true, I had forgotten about that. Drives me nuts regardless  .. I myself make it a point when monitor shopping to keep it in those resolutions per screen size (largest I ever buy is 17" anyway).

nah it doesnt really bother me, i keep my winamp and IM convos on the second monitor and my games/aps/browser on the main one. may seem wierd when you look at my desk but i cant live without it now.
