Directions: 1. Show your destop on your monitor. 2. Click 'Print Screen/Prt Scn' at the top of your keyboard, above 'Insert'. 3. Open up MS Paint or Photoshop, etc. 4. Edit > Paste or whatever. 5. Resize a bit, so its not uberhuge. (I did 75%) 6. Save. 7. Go to http://imageshack.us and host it. 8. Click the picture and copy the image location into here using the 'img' tags.
