I would suggest you feel around the outside of the boot to find any evidence of a roller hung up outside the housing and get it back together.

So what you're telling me is that the rollers do not have anything that retains them,nothing that fastens them tothe housing.
BTW: thank you,I am so stressed out about this,I just bought 2 new koni's, LCA's,tie rods,2 new tires,and I really don't want to have to buy a new axle.
