What's the Kw/hr rate for your electric? It's 7.63 cents here and just over 9 cents in Northern Wisconsin.
That said: 1817 square foot center townhome with electric range, gas heat at 66 (allowed to float down during the day if I remember to do it), gas dryer and water heater. $28 for electric, $106 for gas.
