Very mild climate. Rarely below 35 at night with avg. winter highs in the upper 50's.
Summer highs are generally in the upper 70's low 80's with low humidity. Bay Breeze comes in almost nightly and sweeps out all the smog and valley heat. A rare night when a sweatshirt is not needed in the summer. Lows in the summer are in the upper 40's and low 50's. Air conditioning is rarely needed.
Avg bill is about $55/mnth at my 3drm apt with most homes coming in with natural gas & electric combined in the $80-$100 range.
