I installed a DMD and feel a definite improvement in "smoothness" of the engine. As many folks have said..if Ford went to the trouble and expense to develop this piece, you can be assured it is needed. It may very well be a factor in the failure of several engines talked about here (the forums)in recent years. When I installed it, I took the time to document the install...here is a link...
DMD Pictorial I would certainly recommend one and also would recommend purchasing it from Mr Haines. I did and was pleased with the fast delivery and reasonable price...as I recall $128.?? shipped.
