So I went down after work to talk to the service manager, and he was a
d@ck about it. He wouldn't give me the time of day to speek let alone go and see the rims. He said that they(service) couldnt have done it yada yada yada. So I told him thats fine and will never bring my car or refer anybody to you ever. Oh he also asked me if this was my first time there. I said yes for service. He said OK well looks like you have brought you car to another place of service. I say No Ive never had a major problem with my car prior to this. So I leave and go talk to a guy in sales that Ive know for years and he called one of the owners and hes going to look at it Monday or Tuesday. So there is still some hope for me. I hope they do right on this because if no im going to be a little pi$$ed about it.
