I just came back form going down there. The guy said the service manager was not in today, and said to come by tomorrow or call. Its Jack Madden Ford in Norwood where I got the springs replaced. The scratches are definatly not buffable some are kinda deep. I can catch my finger nail on the scratches.
There was no way I could put my other rims on the car, the front bumper was about 2 inches off the ground. I hope that they make everything right, and not try and screw me.
