These are not guy cars here in So Cal. What I have noticed men driving most commonly are SRT 4 Neons and surprisingly Toyota Corollas.

so youre saying you mostly see women driving vettes around here? not me. especially not the C6 vette. just men.

ive met a LOT of chicks who drive the new altimas, but lots of guys too. gawd i hate that car

V6 mustang are definitely chick cars. seems like everything i see lately that says AMG on it has a woman driving it and about half the porsche 911s seem to be driven by women in these parts. audi convertibles too.

guy car: by faaar 300c. seems like every wannabee tough guy went from the Escalade or Avalanche to this car.

Jeep Wranglers are badass. ive owned a lifted Z71 and off-roaded it. Ive also off-roaded a Wrangler. while the Chevy was badass and powerful it simply could not do all the things a Wrangler could do. i see so many 4wheelfullsizeposers around here its not even funny. thanks 4wheelparts i mean seriously, a monsterously lifted 2wd truck?

Ok i have been to the local Miata GTG's and let me tell you, that is not a chic car. Most of the people who drive them are men, 35 plus, and who wear black socks with sandals. At least that is what I have found! The only woman that I have met with a "speed" was the spouse of the above mentioned type man... who looked just like him, down to the beard!

I guess thats why I hang out with the mustang people...

I don't know about declaring the 300C as a guy car, I see alot of women driving them. I have yet to see a woman driving a Magnum though.

I see it as us poking fun, and I see no particular passion about any of the opinions. Hell, I remarked on the Porche Cayenne and I think they're a great vehicle for what they are...

HAHAHAHAHAHA, yeah.

That's like puttin' a turbo on a FWD car that can't get the power to the ground!

To each his own, I guess.

observations today:

VWs of any kind - especially Passat, Beetle, and Jetta

Acura RSX - i hardly ever see a guy driving these things any more

Crapalier

Volvo XC70/XC90 - nearly ever other car on the road in boston is one, and nearly every owner is a woman between the ages of 35 and 55.

Ford Escape/Mazda Tribute/Mercury Mariner

Porsche Cayenne (Base or S) - all women

Mercedes ML320/350 (450/500/55AMG are usually male drivers)

And oddly enough I saw more men driving mini-vans today than women. Mostly Dodge Caravans and Mazda MPVs.
