I would have a good front end mechanic look at all suspension / bearing componets in the front. Then I would suggest that they look at your rims to make sure they are true. (not bent from jumping curbs ect.) After checking the rims have the tires spun balanced. I had a tempo that the wheels had intermittent vibrations. This did not quit until the rims where replaced. I had tried replacing the half shafts and tires. Turned out that the rims were bad. A ball joint was also shot but it was not found until the car was raised on a lift the lifted by the frame not the tire.
