if you're over 18 though, parental consent or no, under 18 is NOT legal.
actually, there aren't that many stipulations to the law. the only one is that the older person can't be in a position of authority over the younger (i.e. a parent, teacher, etc...). otherwise, there is no specific law that prohibits it.
as far as i read, it was simply if you were over 18 period, under 18 was illegal. but under 18 is legal for under 18.
i shall go read up again...

First off if my gf is to young that is saying that she is only one year younger then i am... from your source about that girl.. she is 4 years younger then he is... so therefore that would make her 14 and him 18. And sec he told me to get out of the car for stupid reasons. I did not lock my doors i told him to go away. But anyways this site is not made for you guys to come on here and be little ppl about there life. Honestly i dont care what you think of me, i come on this site to gain knowledge about the car and nothing more. So if you are trying to make fun of me i could care less. But next time try to get a more of a reliable source. this post was made to ask whos csvt was in canton and that has been resolved, now you going into a whole other subject.
