Ok here is what I think works for most people:

If you guys want we can meet for lunch somewhere (need a Portland person to come up with some ideas) around 12 and go to the autoshow around 1pm on Saturday, February 2nd. It seems like this date works pretty well for most people and I don't think it is too early for us non-Portlanders.

If people are feeling up to it later we can go up to a place in Vancouver after the autoshow and race some Go-Karts. 35mph indoor fun! It is about $15 per 8 minute race to do that though. Trust me though after 8 minutes your arms are getting tired.

Any other suggestions are welcome. When you arrive at the autoshow I suggest parking out by the entrance where you are visible. That way as we come in we can all get together (for those of you that won't be attending lunch). I'll put up a roll call post sometime next week along with the absolute final details, I need suggestions this week though.

Sound like a blast !!
I'm there !!!

Kman... hit me up on the e-mail about carpooling.
I wouldn't mind us taking my car... unless you're afraid to drive with me, or unless it's gonna be snowing or icey (you've got the cool Blizzaks).

Excellent, I love it when a plan comes together! (someone from the A-Team use to always say that) smile

Qbert:
How about we find a restaurant to meet at instead of the car show. Thinking that might be a little easier to manage. What do you think?

Sadeeq:
Check your email.

The go-karts are an awesome idea. There is a place like that not too far from where I live. They even have a bridge that you race over. Fun!

Laters...

There's a Red Robin nearby...unless your looking for something more unique.
The bad thing is there parking lot is non existent; you pretty much have to park on the street.

I know which one you're talking about and parking is a problem. I like Red Robin, so I'm up for that though.

Yeah, that sounds good. Unless there are any strong objections for meeting at Red Robin, I don't have a problem with it.

Not that I'm trying to make this difficult, but I was thinking also that, maybe we should meet at Red Robin at 11am instead. By 12pm, Red Robin might be too crowded, and instead of making out to the car show by 1pm we end up getting there at 2 or 2:30pm.

What do you all think?

Yeah, I think that is a good idea. If we meet there between 11 and 11:30 I think we'll be doing ok. Can someone get the address to that Red Robin, that way we can post some directions for those people that don't know where it is?

Hey guys. I just found out that I can make it. So, we are meeting at Red Robin? 11? I might need directions because I don't know my way around Portland that well.

Looking forward to seeing some fellow 'tour owners! cool

I think you take exit 302a (lloyd center exit). I'll find out the address and have a mapquest link posted.

This ought to be pretty cool!
