you are wrong...the garage i work in required me to get an inspectors liscense,even though i dont work in the garage...it is illegal,if i was at work i'd pull it from the book.
I believe you, I just think its weird/sucks. I got a Ford dealership that takes care of me, so I'm on scan-tools for free.
