5'9" 160 Lbs and dunk tank and electric resistance say 5.5% Bodyfat. 30 X 32 pants(I'm all legs), but can easily bench 150% of my bodyweight. All you guys complaining about BMI should get off the couch.
this is my second home. This year will be my first time to run it competitively, but I've done it for training three times.
