How the hell do you wear a 32 length at 6'-3"?? I'm 6'-1", wear 34 length pants, and they still ride up a little bit when I sit down. I must just have freakishly long legs.
Nah. It also depends how you like to wear your pants. I'm 6'1" and wear 34 length dress pants also. They are about 1/2" from the ground. Length (and waist) also vary by manufacturer, material, how you wash, cut, etc.
I don't think I could get away with a 32 length on any pair of pants. I've given my older brother a few pairs of my jeans that I grew out of that were 32 length, as he's 5'-10" or so. I've got jeans from A&F, Buckle, Express, Levis, and they all start to highwater a little when I sit down. I don't sag my pants, but I certainly don't wear them up to my bellybutton. Again, I think I've just got long-limb syndrome.
