I've done a few of those back in HS (80 Olympics were on), and yes they took every bit of strength & concentration I could muster. I was a bit brute-ish back then. I could also pull off at least 5 hand stand push ups on the parallel bars before I lost balance. Remember the push up contest between the Russians & US athletes??
Now I'm fat, flabby, old, & fragile. Don't hurt me...
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.
