I think it's plausible. I have a friend that's that is 5'6" and weights around 138lbs on a good day. I saw him work out numerous time and he could bench 260lbs easy and curling a 50lb dumb bell wasn't much to him either. Of course, his legs looked polio stricken though. I've also seen the same dude deadlift about 400lbs. He's just a freak of nature.




Honestly, it takes seeing one of these people in action to believe it. I've seen a couple small guys, not big frames or anything, putting up some insane weight in the gym.
