For you to say "overmoderation" is the problem, that's news to me. From the many CEGers both locally and nationally that I talk to pretty regularly, I haven't heard "overmoderation" being a reason for why they have left CEG / don't post on CEG / don't visit nearly as often / now dislike CEG.
I don't know if your comments are personally directed at me. If they are, they shouldn't be. I cut vets much more slack than noobs. If I were to make the rules, CEG would be more like svtperformance where vets "police" the forums and take care of the noobs and post whores and put them in their place. I feel vets have earned the right to be here and the carebear attitude most noobs expect is pathetic. Unfortunately, it's not my site, so I can't make or change the rules.
