Sorry, I don't recall what I found; this was about 2 years ago, and I never bothered getting one. I remember that the smaller amps from the reputable companies would seem to fit, though. I just looked at the specs on what www.sounddomain.com had available.

So your are gonna need to cut some wires, period. Or you can splice into the speaker OUT wires of the factory amp with wiring connecting the speaker wires from your head unit. JUst run them over and use splice locks or strip a little insulation back wrap on the wire, solder, and then tape it up.
This will allow you to get sound to the speaker by completely bypassing the stock amps or connectors.
I pulled my stock amp and I tapped in this same way without pulling the connectors. The car is so old now it is a moot point anyway 'cuz no one cares.
I ran 12 gauge speaker wire from the amp in the trunk of the car back up to the facotry harness. I use RCA's from the head unit to the amp. THen in the doors I put in high end speakers and crossovers and made little pigtail connectors that plug into the factory speaker wire plugs and then into the crossover.
6 years and not an ounce of trouble and perfectly clean sounding too.
So I'd say stop worrying so much about it.
