I got my tunes from Brent right away. I'm also having a processor error, though. It says processor code SFG2 is not found or something, plus when I hover my cursor over the tunes in the Open File menu, the details say it's for a 1987 Ford Mustang 2.0L I emailed Brent about it, but it was around 4:45 ET so I doubt I'll get a reply until tomorrow

Update: I just got a voicemail from Brent at Brenspeed. He said that the "1987 Mustang 2.0L" thing doesn't matter, but if you got your license number from SCT and it isn't recognizing your pcm code when you try to open the tunes he sent you, it's a problem on SCT's end. I'll be giving them a call a little later.

Another Update: I finally got it working after two new database files that SCT sent me. The database file (.mdb) is named with your four-digit "Racer Code" first and your four-digit PCM code second. They had my PCM code correct but my Racer Code was wrong on the original database and the first replacement, but it was right on the second replacement and now it works fine.
*Also a little heads up if you are getting a new database emailed to you: have the tech put the file in a .zip file to make sure your email client doesn't reject it as a malicious file.

Or you could use an email client other than Outlook/Outlook Express
Seriously though, thanks for the information guys ... I have yet to set mine up ... maybe next week
